We will explore Puranas, Sutras, and books on sixty-four arts in search of recipes and hints on use of aromatics in secular life and religious ceremonies. 
Lady Alot de la Bro (she/they)Adaptive ArcheryA session for archers and archery organisers that covers some of the accommodations, adaptations and modifications that can help individuals with disabilities, injuries or special needs to participate in target archery in the SCA.

The broadsides were full of lurid tales of murder, adultery, and deviance which captivated the Elizabethans. This fascination with crime expressed itself in emergent forms of art and entertainment, including morbid ballads and “ripped from the broadsides” dramas on the Elizabethan stage.

This class will cover Lady Bro’s preferred sequence of training, exercises and drills to help transition target archery skills to combat archery, and some common pitfalls.
